Senecio medley-woodii, native to semi-tropical areas of Africa, forms shrub-like stands with shovel-shaped leaves that are densely felted with white wool. Member of Compositae (Asteraceae), with yellow daisy-like flowers to 1" in diameter. Porous soil with adequate drainage. Bright light with ample airflow. Water thoroughly when soil is dry to the touch. Less water during winter months. Protect from frost. |
